Bio-Botanical Research does not provide advice for product usage to consumers.

If you need support, please ask your health care professional, or email for a list of practitioners familiar with our formulations. Many offer low cost online and phone appointments. Our phone staff can assist in placing orders and questions pertaining to shipping and returns and are not able to answer any individual questions on product usage.

Healthcare Professionals Ordering and Support

Professional accounts are available only to licensed or certified healthcare professionals.

  • Fill out the Professional Account Request Form
  • We will notify you by email when your professional account is available.
  • Once your professional account is set, login to view products and information/terms for health care professionals.
  • Healthcare professionals must sign a Terms of Purchase Agreement which states you will not sell through third-party websites, such as Amazon or Ebay, or list the products online for less than the stated retail pricing on this website and our price list.

Customer Service

At Bio-Botanical Research®, Inc., we pride ourselves on a level of customer service that is reflective of the high standards of our products. 
  • Our orders department is available 6:00 am - 5:00 pm PT Mon-Thurs, and from 6:00 am - 1:00 pm PT on Fridays.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.


All orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise requested.
  • Domestic orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum order size and no additional charge for drop-shipments to patients.
  • We provide an email confirmation with your order tracking details at time of shipping. Once the package shows delivery, please contact the carrier directly for any lost or missing packages.


If you are dissatisfied with a Product and would like to inquire about a return, please contact the Biocidin Customer Experience Team at 1-800-775-4140, Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm PT or Friday: 9:00am - 1:00pm PT.

Prior authorization from the Customer Experience team and proof of purchase is required for all returns. Only unopened items returned with prior authorization and proof of purchase within thirty (30) days of delivery will be accepted as returns. Biocidin, in its sole discretion, will either replace or provide a credit for all products accepted as returns.

A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the products will be charged for all returns. Reports of damaged products or order discrepancies must be communicated to Biocidin within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery in order to qualify for return or refund. All barcodes on product labels must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are non-returnable.
